Ask that your name be added so that you are notified of updates. If you use the built in Omniform data base, the data remains with the form. When you replace the form, you lose your stored data. You must rename the old form to save that data. If you use the SAVE AS method of storing your data, the copy of the old form
is saved with the data and you may simply replace the old form with the new one.

form. It parallels the Pennsylvania Code 34, 131.69 describing the
